- Term & Conditions - These spell out you sales process and refund policies, to insure the customer know what they can expect. I suggest keeping it simple, example: “ If you cancel reservations outside of 48 hours of the start date we will provide a full refund, reservations inside of 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund”
- Privacy Policy – Explains how you will manage the customer information you collect during the reservation process, and what would will do with that information, Again, I like the simple approach, example “During the reservations process we capture information from you, our policy is to never share, sell, disseminate, etc. any of you data to 3rd party companies.”
