Every company that has a credit card checkout MUST have Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
I always say for Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy is to keep the simple.
Terms & Conditions: Explain your company policy on how you manage refunds, exchanges, etc. so the customer has a clear understanding of your policies. Be direct and straight forward. In the event of a “dispute”, you Terms & Conditions are your 1st level of protection.
Privacy Policy: When making reservations online, you are capturing your customers person private information (PPI). I believe for the majority of Rezosystems client do not use this information for any other purpose except for using the data in emails for external email marketing purposes. Your Privacy Policy should be direct in stating what you will do, and what you won’t do (“we will not sell, share, etc. your personal data to 3rd parties”).
Please add this text to your Terms & Conditions (see below); this is to satisfy our SMS Texting campaigns.
Our company uses SMS Text messages to inform you or remind you of upcoming events, appointment, reservations details, etc. By agreeing to the “Terms & Conditions” you are agreeing to receive these SMS Text notifications. If you would like to “opt out” of receiving these notifications, simply type “STOP” in reply to any of these messages and you will be removed from all future messages.
Both Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies can be added and updated directly in your Rezosystems ADMIN CONSOLE.
