We developed a great tool to help your staff member engage with the checkout process and to check in returning customers. The checkout should be used to make sure customers are getting all the equipment they booked, a saftey speech, etc. And the reverse, the check in should be used to make sure equipment was returned in good condition; it is hard to tell a customer after the fact that you discovered damage.
